Recognize account risks early and take action to support retention.\nKeep the details tight. Maintain accurate account notes, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in account management, customer success, or relationship-driven sales.\nAutomotive industry experience, preferably working directly with dealerships or supporting them through a vendor or service provider.\nAn understanding of dealership operations and the people who make them run.\nStrong communication skills-you're comfortable leading a video call, discussing results, and navigating a tough conversation.\nA proactive approach.
