segmentation\n Experience with secure network design in compliance-driven networks + cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and hybrid architectures + network monitoring, logging, and alerting tools + Palo Alto Networks, HPE Aruba Networking, Aruba Edgeconnect SDWan, Radware ADC\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5-8+ years of network engineering experience, preferably within a financial institution or regulated industry with demonstrated experience leading technical teams or projects.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of secure network infrastructure (LAN< WAN< VPN< Wireless).\n\nServe as the technical lead network for initiatives, including infrastructure modernization, segmentation, and secure access architecture.\n\nSupervise and mentor Network Engineer I staff, including task delegation, training, and performance management.\n\nEnsure network architecture and operations align with regulatory requirements (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, SOC2).\n\nDevelop, implement, and enforce network security standards, including firewall policies, segmentation and access controls.\n\nPartner with Information Security to support risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and audit activities.\nOversee network monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including network resilience and failover capabilities.\nManage vendor relationships, including telecom providers, hardware vendors, and managed services.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation to support audits, including network diagrams, configurations, and change records.\nAbility to lead, mentor and develop technical staff.\nStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience supporting audits and regulatory
