You bring structure, communicate clearly, and address problems before they become surprises.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage multiple client projects from discovery and kickoff through development, testing, launch, and handoff.\nServe as the primary project contact for clients, providing clear updates and setting realistic expectations.\nTurn client goals into actionable requirements, project plans, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to keep work moving.\nTrack scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies across concurrent projects.\nIdentify risks early, resolve blockers, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.\nManage change requests and explain their impact on cost, timing, and delivery.\nLead productive kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status calls, demos, and retrospectives.\nPartner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet requirements and acceptance criteria.\nMaintain clear documentation and improve processes as you learn what works.\nWhat You Bring\nProven experience managing multiple client-facing technical projects at the same time.\nA track record of delivering software, web, application, or technology implementation projects.\nWorking knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and traditional project management approaches.\nEnough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment requirements with technical teams.\nStrong client communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations and competing priorities.\nExcellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.\nExperience using tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.\nThe ability to work independently and coordinate distributed teams in a remote environment.\nBonus Points\nExperience in a digital agency, software consultancy, or other environment serving multiple clients.\nExperience with resource planning, project financials, or statements of work.\nPMP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a similar certification.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClients know where their projects stand.
