\nTranslate complex concepts and technical designs into structured software solutions \nProvide technical input and guidance on complex challenges \nDeliver second-line support for technical issues and defects \nReview and support the work of junior developers \nContribute to development and testing environments \nFollow internal processes and ISO 27001 standards to ensure quality and risk mitigation \nHandle sensitive company and client data with discretion \nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with the Product Director and wider product team \nParticipate in project and team meetings \nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment \nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in software development \nExperience with object-oriented development and web technologies \nStrong understanding of IT systems, computing, and internet technologies \nAbility to translate abstract concepts into practical solutions \nTechnical Skills\nCore Technologies:\nPHP and / or Go \nMySQL \nKubernetes\nCI/CD (Argo)\nAdditional
