This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed the use of LLMs in our daily operations, focusing on high-impact automation and operational improvements. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities where AI can increase productivity, improve decision-making, and enhance internal processes.\nAs an AI Engineer on the Platform and Innovation team, you will develop and implement AI tooling and solutions that deliver tangible business value. You will join a team of world-class engineers building high-quality software architecture that our teammates trust, making communication and teamwork essential skills for this position.\nDevelop and maintain internal tools and systems that automate existing work and increase employee productivity utilizing AI\n\nUse AI tools to accelerate your own development process while building these systems\n\nCollaborate with teams across the business to understand pain points and identify high-impact automation opportunities\n\nRapidly prototype AI-enabled utilities and deploy them into production\n\nStay updated on the latest AI models and tools, applying that knowledge to solve real business problems\n\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar field\n\n1 to 5 years of experience designing and developing Java web applications\n\nSome understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance\n\nUnderstanding of data requirements for training, inference, and model monitoring is a plus\n\nExperience building AI Agents, MCPs, and automating various workflows\n\nWeb Services (SOAP, RESTful)\n\nReside in Georgia.
