The person in this role will play a critical role in leading project team members while maintaining an environment of learning, development, and career growth.\nDeposco’s Project Leads will assist our solutions experts, consultants, and other key team members with the implementation of Deposco’s Bright Suite of solutions:\nBright Warehouse: Warehouse and Distribution Management\nBright Order: Distributed Order Management\nBright Source: Sourcing and Procurement\nBright Store: Inventory Management and Point of Purchase\nBright Socket: Software Integrations\nBright Performance: Business Reports and Dashboards\nBright Forecast: Demand Planning and Forecasting\nWhat You'll Do\nProviding overall leadership and management of project team members\n\nProvide project management strategy and tactics to achieve success\n\nOversee project progress, budget, billings, status, and schedule for multiple projects\n\nCoordinate all aspects of a project for a customer from initial signing to delivery and success of the project.\n\nCultivate and maintain strong relationships with the customer's leadership team, technical, operations and project teams\n\nManaging project risks by anticipating issues and provide immediate resolution or escalation where required.\n\nOversee schedules and budgets to ensure success criteria is met or exceeded and project is on time and on budget.\n\nA project is typically focused on the delivery of multiple Deposco products to improve customer efficiency, growth, and performance. Project management skills as well as great communication are key, but a strong technical or software background is preferred.\n\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor of Science degree with minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0\n\n3-7 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through internships and/or cooperative programs\n\nExcellent communications skills\n\nEnthusiastic and positive attitude\n\nAbility to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally in nature\n\nSelf-motivated and hungry to learn\n\nAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously\n\nTravel is estimated at approximately 10-20%\n\nPosition is located in the Alpharetta, GA office, but flexible working options are available\n\nUnderstanding/experience with supply-chain management is preferred\n\nPerks\nBe part of an energetic team that is serious about delivering software to customers and cultivating our culture.
