The right candidate will have a strong background in data science methods, an enthusiasm for problem-solving, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDesign and implement AI solutions to solve complex supply chain and commerce problems.\n\nDevelop AI-powered features that enhance prediction, optimization, and automation within our platform.\n\nCollaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into the Deposco platform.\n\nWork with product owners to design innovative features leveraging AI capabilities.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nM.S. (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nExpert-level programming skills in Python (experience with AI frameworks and agent architectures a plus).\n\nStrong understanding of AI agent architectures, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation.\n\nExperience with generative AI systems and large language models (LLMs).\n\nProficiency with SQL and database concepts for data preparation.\n\nSolid background in data science fundamentals and machine learning.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nA sense of curiosity and passion for staying current with rapidly evolving AI technologies.\n\nPERKS\nBe part of an energetic team that is serious about delivering software to customers and cultivating our culture.
