You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot production issues, support application deployments, improve monitoring capabilities, and drive operational efficiency.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies across cloud, messaging, monitoring, and financial services platforms while supporting applications that are essential to day-to-day business operations.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nProvide production support for critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, production defects, and application issues. \nMonitor application health and respond to alerts using enterprise monitoring and observability tools. \nPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues. \nCollaborate with development and infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve technical problems. \nMaintain and update support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks. \nSupport application deployments, vendor upgrades, and implementation activities across pre-production and production environments. \nExecute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity procedures during planned and unplanned events. \nIdentify opportunities to automate manual operational processes and improve monitoring efficiency. \nSupport audit requests and operational compliance activities as required. \nPartner with development teams to enhance application reliability, supportability, and operational performance. \nAlign risk and control responsibilities with day-to-day operational activities. \nProvide support coverage during APAC business hours as required.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience. \n4+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Software Support, or related technical roles. \nTalents Needed for Success:\nExperience supporting business-critical applications in complex production environments.\nExperience supporting Java/J2EE applications. \nStrong Oracle and SQL troubleshooting skills. \nExperience with Linux/Unix environments. \nExperience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and AutoSys. \nHands-on experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, or messaging technologies. \nExperience working with Azure and or AWS cloud platforms. \nUnderstanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem\nActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
