This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership, guiding frontend engineering teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performing user experiences. The Associate Director partners closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Architecture stakeholders to define frontend strategy, promote engineering excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical solutions.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nLead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDrive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.\nCollaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, and translate strategic objectives into technical deliverables.\nProvide technical leadership across the frontend development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, best practices, and quality expectations.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and blockchain engineers, to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.\nEstablish and promote modern frontend development practices, including component-based architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, security, and code maintainability.\nGuide the adoption and effective use of frontend technologies, including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Redux.\nSupport the integration of frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.\nContribute to technical roadmaps, architectural decisions, and long-term platform evolution aligned with business and technology strategies.\nStay current with emerging trends and advancements in frontend development and web3 technologies, evaluating opportunities to enhance capabilities and improve engineering effectiveness.\nPartner with leadership to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent while supporting career growth and succession planning.\nDrive continuous improvement through metrics, code reviews, technical coaching, and delivery best practices.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in the Information Technology or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.\n5+ years of leadership experience of Software Engineering teams\nTalents Needed For Success:\nServes as a trusted coach or mentor within the organization\nCommunicates openly keeping everyone across the organization informed\nWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
