You will drive the strategy and execution of a streamlined, self-service “shift-left” experience, bringing together application data, approved patterns, service readiness, financial inputs, and delivery workflows to simplify and automate the journey from application intent through provisioning. Working across Engineering, Cloud Operations, Finance, service providers, and business stakeholders, you will turn strategy into execution and create a simpler, faster, more transparent, and increasingly automated path to cloud adoption.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nLead, develop, and manage a team accountable for delivering cloud and infrastructure enablement capabilities, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and measurable outcomes. \nOwn the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for a streamlined, self-service infrastructure and cloud intake experience, translating strategy into executable capabilities and releases. \nDrive simplification and “shift-left” automation across the application-to-infrastructure journey, including opportunities for self-service and straight-through provisioning. \nPartners across Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Finance/FinOps, and service providers to align dependencies, remove delivery barriers, and drive outcomes. \nBring together application and CMDB data, service catalogs, approved architecture patterns, service readiness, financial and tagging requirements, and provisioning workflows into a cohesive customer experience. \nEstablish KPIs and operational metrics to measure delivery effectiveness, automation, service readiness, adoption, bottlenecks, and customer experience, using insights to drive continuous improvement.\nLead prioritization across competing business and technology demands, balancing customer value, risk, architecture, operational readiness, cost, and delivery capacity. \nPartner with application teams and senior stakeholders to understand demand, remove adoption barriers, and accelerate cloud and infrastructure enablement.\nEnsure solutions meet DTCC's expectations for risk management, controls, resiliency, security, and operational readiness.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.\n8+ years of progressive experience in cloud, infrastructure technology, platform engineering, product management, technology delivery, or related disciplines, including experience leading teams and complex enterprise initiatives. \nCloud certification from AWS, Microsoft Azure, or another major cloud provider required; professional-level, architecture, or engineering certification strongly preferred.\nStrong working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, enterprise infrastructure, application architecture, APIs, automation, and modern software delivery practices.\nTalents Needed for Success:\nProven ability to lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and resolve complex organizational challenges.\nBrings a strong customer and product mindset, simplifying complex technology processes into intuitive experiences. \nTranslates strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and measurable delivery outcomes. \nCommunicates effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. \nCreates accountability and develops high-performing teams while operating effectively across a matrixed organization.\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira, with the ability to apply them pragmatically to achieve business outcomes\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
