Works closely with architects, product managers, project management, and end-users in the development and improvement of existing software systems and applications, proposing and recommending solutions that tackle complex business problems.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nWork on Engineering and development focused projects from start to finish.\nProvide technical and operational support for our customer base as well as other technical areas within the company.\nReview and supervise the system design and architecture.\nInteract with stakeholder to understand requirements and provide solutions.\nRisk management functions such as reconciliation of vulnerabilities, security baselines as well as other risk and audit related objectives.\nRefine and prioritize the backlog for the team in partnership with product management.\nResponsible for employee engagement, growth and appraisals.\nParticipate in user training to increase awareness of the platform.\nEnsure incident, problem and change tickets are addressed in a timely fashion, as well as escalating technical and managerial issues.\nEnsure quality and consistency of data from source systems and align with data product managers on facilitating resolution of these issues in a consistent manner.\nFollow DTCC’s ITIL process for incident, change and problem resolution\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 4 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Data Management, with deep expertise in analytical data warehousing and enterprise-scale data platforms, leading complex data initiatives end to end.\nMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, including advanced features and performance optimization for large, concurrent analytics workloads.\nStrong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, with hands-on experience designing and supporting scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data solutions using core AWS services.\ndevelopcomplex SQL and PL/SQL procedures to support robust, high-performance data integration and transformation frameworks.\nProvide solutions using Snowflake services such as Snowpark, Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe to build real-time and batch data integration solutions in an AWS ecosystem.\nDrive data architecture decisions by applying strong knowledge of logical and physical data models, enabling analytics, reporting, and business intelligence at scale.\nLead the development of dimensional models, including slowly changing dimensions (SCDs) and various fact table designs, aligned with analytics and reporting best practices.\nSupport unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT, and ensuring production-ready data solutions.\nExpertise in SQL performance tuning, proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex data pipeline and platform issues.\nAct as a developerwithin Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, story design, estimation, and documentation using Jira.\nDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively collaborating with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams.\nThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
