governance.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, secure, automate, operate, and provide Level 3 and Level 4 engineering support for enterprise DevSecOps platforms and services\nDevelop and enhance platform architecture, service capabilities, integrations, and automation solutions that support secure and reliable software delivery\nLead product lifecycle activities, including platform upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, bug fixes, technology refreshes, and operational readiness\nMaintain the availability, performance, security, scalability, and resiliency of production and non-production platform environments\nAdminister and support Linux, AWS, container, middleware, database, and enterprise DevSecOps technology environments\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, scripts, self-service capabilities, and operational automation using tools and languages such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Python, Shell, and Groovy\nSupport enterprise security, risk, compliance, audit, access control, and platform hardening requirements\nImplement monitoring, alerting, capacity management, backup, disaster recovery, and service continuity capabilities\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, application, pipeline, and integration issues\nParticipate in incident response, service restoration, root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement activities\nProvide engineering consultation and integration support to application teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity partners, and other internal and external stakeholders\nCollaborate with technology vendors and internal support teams to resolve product issues and deliver platform improvements\nMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, engineering standards, and platform support materials\nParticipate in the team’s 24x7 on-call support rotation for critical enterprise DevSecOps services\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen platform security, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline\nMinimum 6 years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering within a high-paced production environment\nProven experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, infrastructure, and technology platforms\nStrong knowledge of cloud technologies and services, preferably AWS\nAdvanced Linux system administration experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux\nExperience with container technologies and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes\nKnowledge of Java-based middleware technologies, including Java, Tomcat, and Groovy\nExperience with relational database technologies, including PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Python, Shell, or Groovy\nExperience designing, developing, and supporting CI/CD solutions using Jenkins pipelines and Groovy\nEngineering and administration experience with enterprise DevSecOps platforms such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus Repository, Nexus IQ, Fortify, or comparable tools\nExperience managing product lifecycles, including upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, technology refreshes, and operational readiness\nUnderstanding of enterprise security, compliance, risk management, audit, and access-control requirements\nStrong scripting or application development experience using Java, Groovy, Python, or similar modern programming languages\nExperience working within Agile delivery and project management environments\nAbility to participate in a
