The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and solutions that drive operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain custom applications using PowerApps (both model-driven and canvas apps).\nAutomate business processes using Power Automate (Flow), including integration with external systems and services.\nImplement solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph API and RESTful services for advanced data connectivity.\nDevelop and customize solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).\nManage SharePoint Online administration, including site collections, permissions, and content lifecycle.\nUtilize PowerShell and PnP scripting for automation, deployment, and administrative tasks.\nEnsure compliance with SharePoint Online security and governance best practices.\nSupport site migrations and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.\nLead the design, development, and ongoing management of the organization's intranet portal.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure the intranet meets communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing needs.\nImplement enhancements to improve user experience, accessibility, and content discoverability.\nMonitor site performance, usage analytics, and continuously optimize for engagement and efficiency.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.\nIntegrate solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite to support cross-platform workflows and collaboration.\nTest and debug applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for developed solutions.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 6 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.\nExperience with MS Graph API, REST services, and integration of external data sources.\nFamiliarity with cloud development practices and modern web
