The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nPay and Benefits:\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location\nPension / Retirement benefits\nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\nDTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe Impact you will have in this role:\nThe Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, handling incidents, service requests, and standard environment operations under defined procedures.\nTalents Needed for success:\nProvide L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments\nHandle service requests (access, restarts, data refresh, batch monitoring)\nExecute runbook-based activities and health checks\nMonitor alerts and dashboards and escalate issues as needed\nSupport application teams during testing and deployments\nParticipate in KT, shadowing, and hands-on enablement\nMaintain accurate ticket updates and documentation\nWork in shifts, including weekends or extended hours\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3 to 6 years of experience in Infrastructure, Environment, or Application Support, preferably supporting non-production environments (Dev, QA, UAT).\nGood understanding of incident, request, and change management processes, with experience using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.\nWillingness to learn and support middleware, monitoring, and automation tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate across application and infrastructure teams.\nPrimary Skills\nIBM MQ: Basic knowledge of Queue Managers, Channels, Queues, and MQ connectivity troubleshooting.\nWebSphere / Tomcat: Basic experience in application server monitoring, service restarts, log analysis, and issue troubleshooting.\nQA / Non-Production Environment Support: Experience supporting environment readiness, issue triage, and application validation support.\nLinux / Unix: Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, file systems, process monitoring, and log analysis.\nPreferred Skills\nExposure to middleware technologies and enterprise application support.\nBasic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage.\nUnderstanding of monitoring tools and operational support processes.\nActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
