The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nRole Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Associate Automation Test Engineer to establish and maintain automated testing and validation capabilities across the IAM portfolio, including PAM, Vault, PKI, Active Directory, Service Accounts, and Access Management applications. The role will focus on building automated regression suites, validating IAM workflows, improving release quality, reducing manual testing effort, and ensuring secure and reliable IAM services across the enterprise.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong automation engineering skills combined with a good understanding of IAM concepts, authentication, authorization, privileged access management, certificate lifecycle management, and directory services.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for IAM applications and services.\nBuild and execute automated regression suites for PAM, Vault, PKI, Active Directory, ARC, and related IAM platforms.\nDevelop end-to-end automated validation for critical IAM workflows.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD and deployment pipelines.\nPerform API testing and service validation for IAM integrations.\nDevelop reusable automation components to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.\nValidate application functionality following upgrades, patches, infrastructure changes, and new releases.\nCreate automated smoke tests and health checks for production readiness validation.\nCollaborate with IAM engineering, operations, architecture, and application teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate test coverage.\nAnalyze failures, identify root causes, and work with engineering teams to resolve defects.\nMaintain test data, test environments, and automation repositories.\nGenerate test execution reports, quality metrics, and release readiness dashboards.\nLeverage AI-assisted testing tools and modern automation capabilities to improve testing efficiency and coverage.\nSupport audit and compliance requirements by maintaining evidence of testing and release validation activities.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed For Success:\nMinimum of 4 years related experience\nStrong experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, Postman\nStrong programming or scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript / TypeScript\nExperience developing automated API validations.\nKnowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.\nExperience working with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
