of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable enterprise software applications, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions.\n\nLead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines, integrations, and ELT/ETL processes using Snowflake, Python, and modern data engineering practices.\n\nArchitect and develop modern, responsive web applications and user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.\n\nDesign, optimize, and govern enterprise data models, database objects, and high-performance SQL solutions within Snowflake.\n\nLead the design and development of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures that support enterprise-scale platforms.\n\nDrive cloud adoption and architecture decisions utilizing AWS services and cloud-native design patterns.\nOwn technical solution design and provide leadership during architecture reviews, design discussions, and technology evaluations.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted development platforms such as Kiro, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, and Snowflake Cortex to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.\n\nLead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and design principles.\n\nDrive CI/CD modernization, deployment automation, observability, and DevOps excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.\n\nLead troubleshooting efforts for complex application, infrastructure, and data-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.\n\nPartner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, SREs, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.\n\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and peers, fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.\n\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise requirements for performance, scalability, availability, resiliency, compliance, and security.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and engineering practices to drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 7 years of related software engineering experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\nProven experience working within Agile software development environments.\nExperience leading technical initiatives, architectural design efforts, and large-scale application development projects.\nDemonstrated experience delivering cloud-native and data-intensive applications in enterprise environments.\nTalents Needed for Success:\n 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex enterprise applications.\nExpert-level proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and application architecture.\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, data warehousing, data governance, and ELT/ETL development.\nExtensive experience developing enterprise web applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nDemonstrated experience designing and building scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, integration patterns, and system scalability.\nAdvanced knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, data modeling, and large-scale data processing.\nHands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, EC2, API Gateway, CloudWatch, RDS, and related cloud technologies.\nExperience evaluating and applying AI-assisted software development tools such as Kiro, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts and emerging capabilities within modern data and application platforms.\nStrong experience with Git-based source control, branching strategies, code review processes, and release management.\nDeep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.\nExperience implementing automated testing strategies, quality engineering practices, and performance testing approaches.\nProven ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture decisions across teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on development responsibilities with technical leadership and mentoring.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality
