The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nPay and Benefits:\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location\nPension / Retirement benefits\nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\nDTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe Impact you will have in this role:\nResponsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions.\nMay include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance,\nor any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm.\nThe software development process requires in-depth subject matter expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages.\nSoftware Developers work closely with business partners in defining requirements and implementing solutions.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 6 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nHands-on experience with Oracle/Snow Flake,Data hub nd Data quality. \nCollaborate with multiple stakeholders such as product management, application development, DevOps, and other technical groups.\nTake ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.\nTalents Needed for Success:\nExperience with developing SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts in Oracle or cloud warehouse like Snowflake\nOptimization and performance tuning of data processing workflows for improved efficiency\nHands on experience of Java / python or shell scripting are desired as secondary skills\nShould be a learner and have problem solving skills and participate in design discussions.\nMotivated team player to understand holistic end to end functionality of application\nHands on experience with AI empowered tools for development like Kiro, Amazon Q ,co-pilot.\nStrong understanding on cloud warehouse architecture and services in AWS or similar cloud platform\nKnowledge of data warehouse principles like star schema model using slowly changing dimension and facts is desired\nExperience in scheduling jobs using Autosys or similar tools\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, nexus and fortify.\nSolid understanding of Agile, CI/CD, Dev/Ops practices and tools\nStrong soft skills including attention to detail, verbal and written communication, team oriented and self-motivated\nExperienced in working with a geographically separated team.\nActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
