The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.\nPay and Benefits:\nCompetitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive\nComprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location\nPension / Retirement benefits\nPaid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.\nDTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).\nThe Impact you will have in this role:\nLaying the foundational framework for the systems modernization\nParticipate in requirements gathering with Product owners, business users and subject matter experts and work with the architect to come up with a design that will ensure system stability and expandability.\nFollowing best practices on code development by incorporating automated unit testing, conducting code reviews and participating in Agile ceremonies.\nCollaborate with the testing teams to ensure that defects are identified and remediated before going live.\nProvide on-going maintenance support during post-deployment phase.\nIdentify and implement efficiencies and improvements to standard processes and procedures such as automation through scripting, programming, etc\nMitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.\nBe a self-starter providing creative and innovative ideas or solutions continuously improving the technological offering\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 6 years of related experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience\nTalents Needed for Success:\nStrong Coding Experience on Java and related technologies Java, J2EE, Spring (Boot, Core, MVC, JDBC, Security), Struts, Junit, Hibernate.\nStrong expertise in Oracle and AI tools\nStrong expertise on UI technologies like Angular, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud services (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.)\nKnowledge of Kafka, MQ, is a plus\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes\nSolid understanding of microservices architecture and API design\nJEE Application servers Tomcat, WebSphere, JBOSS.\nDevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, nexus and fortify.\nSolid understanding of Agile, Dev/Ops practices and tools\nUnderstanding on Secure Coding and Best Practices and experience in secure code development or security tools such as Fiddler and Burp Suite is an advantage.\nKnowledge on host operating system Linux, Windows servers and Portal applications would be an added advantage.\nDemonstrates strong analytical and interpersonal skills.\nExperienced in working with a geographically separated team\nActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
