This role provides strategic leadership in establishing quality standards, governance, automation, and testing practices to ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions. The Director partners closely with Engineering, Product, Operations and Business to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nYour Primary Responsibilities:\nDefine and execute the Quality Assurance strategy, governance framework, and testing standards across the organization.\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Quality Engineering professionals.\nDrive quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps processes.\nOversee test planning, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.\nChampion test automation and continuous testing initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery speed.\nEstablish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting to provide visibility into product quality and delivery risks.\nPartner with Technology, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are aligned with strategic priorities.\nIdentify, assess, and communicate quality risks while driving timely resolution of issues and defects.\nPromote continuous improvement through process optimization, innovation, and adoption of industry best practices.\nSupport compliance, risk management, and audit requirements within a highly regulated environment.\n**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in the Information Technology or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.\n5+ years of leadership experience of Quality Engineering organizations and teams\nTalents Needed For Success:\nInspires different approaches or ways of working.\nInspires teams to constructively challenge established views.\nPresents information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.\nConvinces others on key topics by presenting persuasive arguments and alternative approaches.\nSets an example for others by personally embracing change; Builds ownership for change by empowering others to lead change initiatives.\nWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
