You’ll work closely with Account Leads, Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, drive performance, and ensure strong client satisfaction. You bring a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client-first recommendations and programmatic best practices.\nManage day-to-day campaign execution, optimizations, pacing, and reporting.\nSupport the development and presentation of programmatic strategy to improve client performance.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates.\nIdentify performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and apply data-driven insights.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to Coordinators, helping them grow in their roles.\nContribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating our core values.\nBring forward new ideas, tools, and approaches to push innovation and improve workflow.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n2+ years of programmatic media experience, ideally across CTV, Display, and Video; exposure to Native, Audio, or OOH is a plus.\nHands-on experience in retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.\nProficiency in major DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred) and familiarity with Ad Servers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience training or guiding junior team members is a plus.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nWHAT IMPRESSES US\nExperience in supporting campaign management in Google Ads (GDA and YouTube) and/or Amazon DSP\nComfort with advanced functions in Excel and/or Google Sheets functions \nProactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm; demonstrating you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow \nAn exceptional eye for detail\nLove for working with numbers and uncovering trends\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nWe are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
