Preferably in Toronto.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans \nMentor and guide mid-level and junior QA engineers\nDevelop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, Jmeter, and Postman\nConduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality \nAnalyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle \nDrive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in QA processes \nAct as a subject matter expert in software testing and quality assurance\nWhat You Bring:\nExpertise in Cypress and TypeScript, Jmeter, Jest, Postman, SQL/DB, and Jira \nStrong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools\nProficient in writing and executing complex test cases and test scripts\nExpertise in end-to-end, API, and performance/load testing\nFamiliarity with source/version control such as Git\nFamiliarity with AWS CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $45 hourly. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
