You will be solving some of the hardest and most challenging problems facing some of the best loved brands in the world - and doing this alongside an experienced team.\nJOB PURPOSE\nWe are looking for an AI Consultant who not only knows exactly how to create impact with algorithms, big data, machine learning, and generative AI, but can also translate our tech offerings to our current and future clients as well as our wider digital marketing teams internally.\nAs an AI Consultant, you will work with our excellent portfolio of clients to accelerate their AI initiatives and adoption. You translate business problems into prioritised AI solutions and roadmaps, and guide clients in implementing them with the support from our team of talented engineers and developers. Your role focuses on understanding business challenges and designing strategies based on a deep understanding of AI, rather than writing code.\nWe are looking for an AI Consultant who can create strategic impact with AI, translating complex technology into business value for our clients. You will work with senior stakeholders to define AI strategies, lead transformation programmes, and design scalable AI solutions.\nThis role joins an AI practice that spans EMEA and services clients globally.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nLead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments with enterprise clients across EMEA\nDefine AI roadmaps and prioritised use case portfolios, anchored in business case and ROI\nDesign (together with technical experts) and advise on data science and generative AI solutions for complex business problems\nGuide clients through AI transformation programmes, from vision to implementation\nAdvise C-suite and senior stakeholders on AI adoption strategy and organisational change\nBring emerging technology thinking to client conversations and internal teams\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nExperience in an AI, data, or technology consulting role, preferably at a consulting firm or digital agency\nStrong track record working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets\nConfident working with senior stakeholders, from C-suite to IT product owners and marketing leaders\nAbility to build business cases and communicate ROI of AI initiatives\nUnderstanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation\nDeep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts\nFamiliarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus\nAnalytical, commercially minded, and a strong communicator\nWE OFFER\nPrivate health insurance and access to a range of healthcare and preventive services.\nSports & cultural benefits to support your wellbeing and work-life balance.\nDog-friendly office\n Hybrid working policy\nA reputation for doing good.
