Collaborating closely with our international team, you will translate complex design specifications into functional, innovative features while continuously seeking ways to improve the app and stay ahead of industry trends. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will ensure the delivery of reliable, user-centric solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile applications;\nTranslate complex design specifications and client requirements into functional, user-friendly Android features;\nContinuously improve app performance, usability, and reliability to enhance the overall user experience;\nStay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and improvements;\nEnsure code quality by adhering to best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns like MVVM;\nParticipate in the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment;\nTake ownership of the end product, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain app stability;\nCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals;\nMentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n3 - 5 years of professional experience in Android development;\nStrong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose;\nExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus;\nSolid understanding of Android frameworks and the full mobile development lifecycle;\nFamiliarity with SOLID programming principles and design patterns such as MVVM;\nPrevious experience with Java is a plus;\nProven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken;\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams;\nProactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for the end product;\nEagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest mobile and UX technologies.\nWE OFFER\nThe recruiter will discuss the location-specific benefits in the interview process.\nA reputation for doing good.
