We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.\nJOB PURPOSE\nThis role is part of our Global Studios team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.\nWe are looking for some short term support in December and January to maintain a key account. You will build strong relationships with clients and support across multiple areas including strategic input, and overseeing the delivery of a wide variety of substantial integrated campaigns.\nYou will be required to manage and oversee client briefs from, planning, assigning and reviewing creative and managing the overall agency workload in partnership with the producers, design and copy leads. \nYou will be working closely with designers, copywriters, developers and other parts of the agency to ensure successful campaign deliveries; which are profitable without compromising the creative integrity. \nTherefore, you must be a great team player with strong interpersonal skills.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nOversee teams creating digital content and advertising campaigns\nDeliver and track profitable growth for clients.\nEnsure constant innovation across all deliverables, including content, technology, media, and data.\nContribute to the creative process with strategic insights and ideas.\nOversee budget management for campaigns and ongoing activities.\nManage relationships with platforms and partners.\nPresent work internally and externally, ensuring clarity and impact.\nComplete work to deadline, often under pressure.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\nExtensive experience in roles servicing clients in an agency environment.\nProven track record in managing large client and agency teams.\nExperience with complex campaigns, including paid social and CRM.\nConfident with both brand and conversion/direct-response campaigns.\nStrong leadership skills, able to create a proactive and energized team culture.\nExperience working directly with director and C-level clients on strategy development.\nExcellent project management skills, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.\nBrilliant written and verbal communication skills.\nAdvanced problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.\nAbility to react quickly within a fast-paced environment.\nThe anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $100 - $135CAD.
