They know how to source, excite, and engage creators to produce authentic content that drives business goals; this requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, talent acquisition, creativity, and a deep understanding of the creator marketing landscape.\nWe are looking for a candidate with sharpened skills in casting and managing creators across digital platforms, like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and more. This role will be a mid-level position working within our broader creative, production, and project management teams to round out our offering for a large client engagement. This person is hands-on in projects, comfortable in client-facing settings, able to discuss and innovate casting strategies, and supporting with talent outreach, legal communications including contract negotiations, as well as final file delivery by external vendors and content creators.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nSource, vet, and present diverse, data-informed creator recommendations that align with brand strategies.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key talent, agency representatives, and talent managers.\nMaintain internal talent databases and preferred rosters.\nBrief creators, review incoming content for brand compliance, and manage timelines and final file deliveries in partnership with the production team.\nServe as a direct client point of contact across 5-7 concurrent brand projects.\nCoordinate legal and financial paperwork, including talent contracts and fee negotiations, acting as a liaison between legal teams and talent.\nTrack project budgets, oversee pricing strategies, and manage invoicing with senior leadership guidance.\nWHAT YOU BRING:\n3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment\nDeep knowledge of all major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat)\nSolid understanding of tools such as CreatorIQ and Tagger\nExperience navigating creator partnerships, casting and vetting creators, and expanding overall creator landscape\nKnowledge of creator and influencer performance benchmarks and metrics\nExperience working directly with clients and brands\nFamiliarity with contracts or legal communication\nStrong communication skills\nExperience managing production elements of an influencer or creator campaign\nExperience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials.\nExperienced in owning and managing talent budgets and pricing strategies\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nWe are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
