In this dynamic role, you will drive program innovation through scaled fraud mitigation and technical partnership roadmaps, relying on your advertising measurement expertise to navigate the ever-evolving direct response advertising landscape.\nWe are looking for a systems thinker with a curious, research-driven approach, who views change as an opportunity and readily leverages automation as a multiplier.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a mobile advertising expert on user acquisition flows and technical nuances within the app ecosystem.\nPartner with stakeholders to bridge strategic business needs with adtech solutions.\nTrack industry news and impact; proactively discuss strategic shifts based on your research into trends.\nBuild, automate and distribute best practice based processes informed by industry evolution.\nTroubleshoot structural challenges related to dataflow, MMPs and other adtech tools to deliver technical solutions.\nEnforce traffic quality standards to mitigate ad fraud.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation of projects.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app advertising, particularly in measurement or product oriented roles.\nMust have expertise in mobile attribution and advertising measurement methodologies, and familiarity with related dataflows and integrations.\nStrong understanding of mobile app business models, UA strategies, DR channels, and industry standards including privacy regulation.\nAble to research and distill complex, technical topics.\nAnalytical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to consider all angles of a situation.\nComfortable proposing creative solutions under ambiguous circumstances.\nMust be able to collaborate effectively and work independently.\nMost importantly, we are seeking a thoughtful and motivated individual who is eager to join our team and advance their career as a mobile app advertising expert.\nWHAT DO WE OFFER?\nHealthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage\n401K plan, plus matching\nPTO\nPaid Company Holidays\nParental Leave\nWE SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU: \nDEPT® is an equal opportunity employer (EOE). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
