We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.\nAs Senior Motion Designer, you’ll be joining a nimble team that jumps in wherever the action is. If you're adaptable, self-sufficient, and great at working with different personalities, you'll feel right at home here. \nYou will produce video, animation and digital creative solutions to help communicate DEPT®’s clients’ goals. You’ll use movement to inspire, educate and engage a wide audience across social media, email and onsite.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nDigital animations and video editing.\nTaking a lead on any multimedia questions and issues across the team.\nDelivering constructive feedback.\nImage and footage sourcing.\nTaking accountability for flawless design output.\nTaking briefs from start to finish, from storyboarding to completion.\nContributing innovating ideas at creative review meetings through research and the inspiration you seek in the external world.\nProtecting brand integrity and guardianship.\nChampion inclusivity and manage change effectively by cascading information to your team.\nDrive the delivery of work on time and to the highest standard by the understanding of your team's capabilities.\nSupport your team members\nAdvocate DEPT® as an employer of choice and support in interviewing.\nWorking within existing templates\nCreating new templates\nCollaborating with the team to set art direction for campaigns.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING:\nA great source for up-to-the-minute creative knowledge and trends.
