Preferably in Toronto.\nOne of our premier clients in finance is looking for a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the team working on enhancing the stability and performance of one of their most important solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDefine and own the product strategy and long-term vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs\nLead and scale high-performing product teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development\nEstablish clear team structures, decision-making hierarchies, and operating cadences to support efficient execution\nManage the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch, iteration, and sunset\nConduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities\nApply Agile and Lean methodologies to optimize product development workflows, delivery predictability, and cross-team collaboration\nDrive roadmap planning, forecasting, and velocity management to ensure realistic commitments and on-time delivery\nPartner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to define, prioritize, and deliver product requirements\nChampion user-centered design principles to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences\nDevelop customer segmentation strategies and tailor product initiatives to address the needs of distinct customer groups\nDrive revenue growth through product-led initiatives, feature expansion, and platform enhancements\nEngage regularly with executive stakeholders and key customers to gather feedback, manage expectations, and maintain strategic alignment\nContribute meaningfully to operational planning, including OKRs, capacity planning, and performance metrics\nRapidly ramp into complex environments, assess existing processes, and implement scalable frameworks where needed\nStay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, translating insights into actionable product strategy\nWhat You Bring:\nProficient in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements \nStrong market research and analysis skills \nExperience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum \nUnderstanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices \nFamiliarity with revenue growth strategies and metrics - Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and targeted product strategies \nProficiency in stakeholder engagement and relationship management \nUnderstanding of B2B/B2C SaaS business models and product considerations \nFamiliarity with business development strategies and partnership opportunities \nBasic understanding of programming languages to effectively communicate with engineering team\nThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $56 hourly. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
