We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.\nJOB PURPOSE\nIf you’re a content creator who knows TikTok, Instagram and social content inside and out, and who wants to create world class content for some of the world’s biggest brands, we want to hear from you!\nYou’ll love coming up with ideas but more importantly, you will love making them and have the skills and experience to do so. \nYou’ll be able to create, make and film content that is perfect for the FYP/Discovery Feed and create content for our roster of clients, while having the support of a wider team of creatives, strategy, design and media from DEPT. \nThis is a very hands-on role. You’ll be confident on camera, and ready and willing to travel. One day you might be filming on location, one day hitting the streets for a mini mic shoot, then filming on set… and everything in between to make content that travels far and wide\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nGenerate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas that resonate with the clients audience and culture\nShoot and edit short-form videos independently, using tools like CapCut or in-app editors\nReact rapidly to social trends, creating and posting content within tight timeframes\nCollaborate closely with the team and clients, presenting ideas clearly and confidently\nTravel to locations for content shoots and brand activations\nManage and utilise a large brand asset library to inspire and support content creation\nMaintain brand guidelines while experimenting with creative formats\nEmbrace a “doer and maker” mindset by prioritising action, ideation, and learning from content performance\nSupport the production of high volumes of engaging, snackable social content on a daily basis\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING\nProven social content experience\nPassion for TikTok, Reels and short-form video content creation, with hands-on experience editing using apps like CapCut or similar\nAbility to generate quick, trend-led, and reactive social content ideas that resonate with Gen Z and wider audiences\nComfortable filming and presenting on camera with confidence and authenticity\nExperience managing or creating content for personal or brand TikTok/Instagram accounts as a portfolio alternative\nStrong creative instincts combined with a maker mindset, ready to produce and post content rapidly\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively\nAdaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple shoots and content trips, including travel to locations like airports and European destinations\nHigh attention to brand guidelines and creative tenets, balancing creativity with strategic brand alignment\nEagerness to learn, experiment, and iterate quickly, embracing a test-and-learn approach to content creation\nWE OFFER\nA flexible, hybrid working policy\nThe choice of medical healthcare providers (Bupa or Medicash) \n25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off each year\nCompany pension scheme \nEAP scheme\nRide to work scheme \nEnhanced family friendly policies\nBuddy Program: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT®.\nA reputation for doing good.
