You have a soft spot for branding. You love to create digital products that look and feel just right. And you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with what we think are the best people the industry has to offer.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTranslating strategy and UX into pixel-perfect interface designs;\nWork back-to-back with ux designers on the final product and delivery;\nSubstantiating your design choices with annotations and animations;\nPresenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback;\nTaking responsibility for the highest quality of final delivery and proper implementation.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\n3+ years of experience in a same or similar role and an impressive portfolio showcasing sophisticated experience design and a deep understanding of digital platforms, ideally gained within a fast-paced agency environment.\nExperience with designing websites, apps and digital products.\nA strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion for digital design.\nYou enjoy working in cross-functional teams, speaking the \"languages\" of UX Designers, Copywriters, and Developers to bring together ideas to life.\nYou are fluent in English and are able to effectively communicate complex design concepts to both executive-level clients and engineers.\nMastery of Figma is a must; experience with motion design and prototyping tools like Framer or Jitter is a massive plus.\nYou actively explore and implement AI-powered design tools and workflows, using them to accelerate ideation and prototyping, and raise the quality of design outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on craft and human-centred design.\nWE OFFER\nTransparent career development and pay;\nA flexible, hybrid working policy;\nA rewarding, supportive and healthy company culture.\nSupplemental and additional health insurance;\nPension scheme: third pillar pension fund; \nReferral bonus program;\nStay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform, and a multisport programme;\nA reputation for doing good.
