The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, innovative insurance solutions that leverage InsureMO's API-first architecture and middleware capabilities. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation by integrating AI-enabled solutions across enterprise insurance platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture\nDesign end-to-end enterprise solutions utilizing InsureMO's APIs, microservices, and integration framework.\nDefine scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures aligned with business objectives.\nInsureMO Platform\nLead the implementation, customization, and optimization of the InsureMO platform.\nDesign solutions supporting policy administration, claims management, billing, and distribution channels.\nEnsure seamless integration between InsureMO and core insurance systems.\nMGA Domain Expertise\nDesign solutions tailored to the operational needs of Managing General Agents (MGAs).\nEnsure compliance with delegated underwriting models, regulatory requirements, reporting, and distribution processes.\nAI & Digital Transformation\nIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into insurance workflows, including:Underwriting automation\nClaims processing\nFraud detection\nCustomer engagement\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through intelligent automation.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams.\nEstablish best practices for integration, microservices, API design, security, and performance optimization.\nCollaboration\nPartner with Enterprise Architects, Engagement Leads, product teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver strategic technology solutions.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.\nRequired Skills\nProven experience as a Solution Architect within the insurance or financial services industry.\nStrong hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem.\nDeep understanding of MGA (Managing General Agent) operations, delegated underwriting, and insurance distribution models.\nExperience designing enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, and middleware technologies.\nExperience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise insurance platforms.\nStrong understanding of insurance core systems, including:Policy Administration\nClaims Management\nBilling\nDistribution\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive architectural decisions.\nPreferred Skills\nTOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.\nExperience with cloud-native architecture and digital transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of API-first architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns.\nFamiliarity with modern AI technologies and intelligent automation platforms.\nExperience working in Agile environments and leading distributed development teams.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
