JOB DESCRIPTION

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Playwright Automation experience.
• Strong Insurance domain with Duck Creek Policy
• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Execute manual tests and document test results.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Familiarity with defect management and test management tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Automate end-to-end business workflows and regression test suites.
• Strong Insurance domain experience.
• Experience testing Microservices and distributed applications.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Proactive approach toward process improvement and automation adoption.
