retrospectives.\nSupport the team in following Agile practices and principles, fostering self-organization and accountability.\nCollaborate with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.\nIdentify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and work to ensure the team remains focused on achieving sprint goals.\nCoach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and growth.\nEnsure clear and open communication within the Scrum team and with external stakeholders.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.\nHelp the team maintain a sustainable pace of work and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.\nFoster a collaborative, supportive, and productive team environment.\nPromote a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning within the team.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n Strong Experience in P&C Insurance domain and Guidewire Product.\nStrong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly preferred.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.\nExcellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities with a focus on removing impediments and fostering self-organization.\nFamiliarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to
