We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst Level 2to join our Analytics team and help turn complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business growth and informed decision-making.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nConduct independent analysis across multiple business domains to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence platforms.\nTranslate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualisations for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nRespond to ad-hoc business requests with accurate, data-driven insights and recommendations.\nMonitor and maintain data quality across reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders can rely on accurate information.\nCollaborate closely with Data Engineers and other technical teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting processes.\nProactively identify business trends, anomalies, and opportunities through ongoing analysis and performance monitoring.\nMentor and support junior analysts through coaching, knowledge sharing, and review of analytical approaches.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n2-4 years of progressive experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.\nExperience with business intelligence and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.\nKnowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and data governance principles.\nExposure to Python and/or R for data analysis and automation.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to communicate technical findings in a clear and meaningful way to diverse audiences.\nBonus Points For\nExperience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced statistical analysis.\nExposure to Agile delivery environments.\nPassion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.\nWhy Join Derivco?\nAt Derivco, you'll join a collaborative team where your insights directly influence business decisions.
