You’ll lead analytical initiatives, develop innovative reporting solutions, and provide expert guidance that enables smarter business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLeading complex analytical projects to solve business challenges and support strategic decision-making\nDeveloping and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualisations that provide meaningful business insights\nIdentifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas through advanced data analysis\nTranslating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders\nPartnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver valuable data-driven solutions\nDriving data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in data\nIdentifying opportunities for automation and process improvement through analytics and emerging technologies\nMentoring and supporting junior analysts while promoting best practices across the team\nEvaluating new analytical tools and technologies to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities\nUsing new tools and technology to innovate and deliver quick, accurate insights to stakeholders\nPresenting insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4-6 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field\nBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline\nAdvanced SQL skills and strong data analysis experience\nExperience with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms\nStrong understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and data governance principles\nExperience using Python, R, or similar analytical tools\nSome experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modelling\nAbility to communicate complex data concepts to a variety of stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills\nCuriosity to explore data and creativity in building the right data solutions for stakeholders\nExperience delivering insights that influence business strategy and outcomes\nNice to Have\nMicrosoft Certified Data Analyst Associate or similar analytics certification\nExposure to AI-driven analytics and automation technologies\nExperience working within Agile environments\nPrevious mentoring or leadership experience within an analytics team\nWhy Derivco?\nAt Derivco, you’ll have the opportunity to work with large-scale data, solve complex business challenges, and make a real impact across the organisation.
