This role is ideal for someone with operational savvy, medical spa or clinical experience, and a hands-on approach to implementation and compliance.\nPosition Overview: You will coordinate the full rollout of medical operations across multiple spa locations. From legal compliance and staffing to vendor setup and on-site training, you’ll serve as the point person to ensure smooth, compliant, and consistent transformation of each location into a high-functioning medical spa.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMedical Spa Transition & Compliance\n- Coordinate the operational transformation of day spas into compliant medical spa facilities\n- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to complete state registrations\n- Implement protocols in line with HIPAA and state medical board requirements\nStaffing Support\n- Assist with recruitment and credential verification of Nurse Practitioners, PAs, and RNs\n- Support onboarding, policy rollout, and clinical team orientation\nVendor & Equipment Coordination\n- Set up and manage vendor accounts with medical suppliers (e.g., Allergan, Galderma, McKesson)\n- Oversee installation and readiness of devices like RF, laser, and micro needling equipment\nTravel & On-Site Implementation\n- Travel to newly transitioned spa locations to:\n*Train staff on medical protocols and procedures\n*Conduct readiness inspections for compliance and quality\n*Provide support for new service launches\nProgram Rollout & Sales Enablement\n- Help develop and implement services including:\n*Medical weight loss\n*Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)\n*PDO Threads\n*Neurotoxin (Botox & Dyspot)\n*Derma Fillers\n*Vitamin shots (B12,MICC shots, NAD+shots\n*RF Micro needling, CO2 Laser treatments, and more\n- Support front desk and sales teams to improve treatment education and consultation skills\nQualifications:\nExperience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare operations role\nUnderstanding of medical compliance and spa regulations (preferred but not required)\nStrong project coordination, vendor management, and team training skills\nWilling and able to travel regularly to spa locations (up to 70%)\nClinical background (RN, NP, PA) a plus, but not required\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive monthly salary: $3,500 - $5,500\nBonus potential for hitting milestone goals and successful location launches\nDynamic, fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities\nBe part of a transformative journey in the med spa industry\nReady to Join Us?\nIf you’re excited to make a real difference in people’s lives through expert aesthetic care, send us your updated resume along with your best contact number and email.
