Visit our website derse.com to learn more!\nAs a Portable Programs Coordinator, you'll join our Logistics team and manage our clients inventory, enter and track jobs, as well as place transportation orders. You'll also review and reconcile credit card statements for your assigned clients. The Portable Programs Coordinator is onsite in Milwaukee, to best collaborate with their team. This role handles many different facets to best accommodate both Derse, and our clients, in the growing world of trade shows and experiential marketing! Read through and apply if this sounds like the opportunity for you!\nPortable Programs Coordinator Responsibilities\nUnderstand individual client program pricing / work scope per program pricing quoted by estimating. Immediately bring any related job variances to Logistics Manager’s attention\nCreate and enter Job Number into Accelerate from the Customer Portal or other sources.\nUpdate Accelerate database including inventory management.\nCharge labor promptly to Job Number based off Portable Programs Service Provider Template.\nEnter events into Portable Program Calendar for divisional viewing.\nPrepare show service orders when necessary and generate POs \nPlace transportation orders, generate PO and add PO to transportation interface reference line.\nPlace I&D orders when necessary and generate PO \nManage Damage Claims\nPerform quality control prior to shipping.\nReconcile credit card charges in Certify regularly.\nReview vendor invoices for accuracy and approve or reject.
