This role will be responsible for coordinating IT solutions across the region, providing knowledge on escalated tickets, spreading awareness & security support, feeding back local requirements, and delivering solutions. Solid system integration experience, project management skills, regulatory awareness and intercultural communication abilities are required.\nLead the regional IT strategy and objectives, acting as the key interface between EMEA operations, the Service Desk and Head of IT Infrastructure & Security.\nOversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, devices, applications and system performance across local destinations.\nImplement and maintain IT security, data protection and compliance standards, including access controls, audit logging, incident response and security awareness.\nLead IT projects and business solutions, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and effective integration of new and existing systems.\nManage the annual IT budget, resources, KPIs and reporting, ensuring cost-effective delivery aligned with short-, medium- and long-term business objectives.\nCoordinate and support local IT teams across existing destinations and potential new acquisitions, ensuring consistent IT standards and practices.\nDevelop and maintain IT policies, procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.\nProvide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on IT systems, applications and cybersecurity, while supporting continuous improvement and digital development.\nYour Strength\nBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred. \n5+ years in IT systems implementation/management, including 3+ years in regional or international projects;
