open to candidates in Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport optimal performance and creative utilization on the production floor by monitoring key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for improvement.\n\nCoordinates with creatives, facilitating the client's production schedule and helping maintain timely completion of deliverables.\n\nMonitor the progress of production work and share periodic updates with the client and key stakeholders as applicable.\n\nOffer suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to support the delivery of work that meets the standards set by Design Pickle and clients.\n\nReview sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.\n\nCollaborate closely with Quality Specialists to help maintain design quality and brand guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists to identify and confirm Design Time for all requests assigned to the team.\n\nHelp maintain that company notes are updated based on client preferences on an as-needed basis and coordinate related updates with the team.\n\nRequirements:\nStrong knowledge of the creative development and production process.\n\nSkilled in coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat), Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.\n\nExperience with project and ticket management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).\n\nStrong English communication skills and ability to partner effectively with global teams.\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced environment, handling clients via Slack, email, and virtual meetings.\n\nDetail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.\n\nPreferred experience coordinating or supporting creative teams or projects in an agency setting.\n\nBackground in a creative or client-facing role is a plus.\n\nOriginally posted on
