hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.\nMonitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure remains reliable and available.\nMaintain proper records of IT assets, software licences, systems, and configurations.\nImplement and maintain data security, backups, and access-control practices.\nEnsure sensitive company information and data is handled with strict confidentiality.\nSupport employees with day-to-day IT requirements and resolve issues efficiently.\nIdentify potential IT risks and recommend practical improvements.\nEnsure systems are updated, secure, and compliant with internal IT policies.\nSupport onboarding and offboarding by setting up or disabling devices, accounts, and access.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n3+ years of experience in IT/System Administration.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\nStrong hardware and software knowledge.\nGood understanding of networks, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with user access, permissions, and IT security.\nComfortable handling sensitive and confidential company data.\nAbility to work independently, prioritise issues, and take ownership.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills.\nReliable, discreet, and proactive.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\n\nExperience managing IT infrastructure for a growing organisation.\nKnowledge of cloud-based systems and SaaS applications.\nExperience with endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, and device management.\nUnderstanding
