Apply now. \nIn this role, you will… \nSupport Pre-Contract and Operations with project costs and pricing objectives \nUtilize past experience, data analysis, and metrics to develop estimates. \nUtilize tools and data analysis to create bid comparisons. \nSupport supplier relations and strategies. \nSelect appropriate suppliers for bidding various needs in concert with internal teams. \nDevelop RFQ documentation for suppliers and sub-contractors. \nLead communication with suppliers and sub-contractors on active RFQs. \nLead the development and presentation of cost models \nAssist in submission of bid projects including populating customer submission documents. \nBuild tools necessary for efficient estimating. \nLead review meetings with internal operations teams and leaders. \nMaintain organized and accurate documentation throughout the project. \nPartner with Applications engineering and Purchasing to meet specific needs and scope of each job bid. \nWe’re excited about you because… \nYou believe anything worth doing is worth doing right, no matter how “small”. \nYou live in the details. \nYou have the motivation and ability to learn and improve processes and tools. \nYou enjoy a fast pace environment and having multiple projects to work on concurrently. \nYou communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form. \nYou have strong Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable developing new forms and tools. \nYou are proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \nYou have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (Material Handling Industry preferred) and a college degree (Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience. \nYou are familiar with conveyor installation and have experience with estimating mechanical installation costs. \nThis job description is not exhaustive.
