This role is designed for engineers at varying experience levels, from developing professionals building technical depth to seasoned engineers leading complex design efforts.\nYou will contribute to projects from concept through construction, collaborating with Project Managers and senior technical staff while gaining increasing ownership based on your experience level.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and deliver water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects, including distribution systems, pumping stations, treatment facilities, green infrastructure, and utility relocations\n\nPrepare and review design drawings, specifications, calculations, permitting documents, and construction exhibits\n\nPerform engineering calculations, technical evaluations, and product research (increasing in complexity with experience)\n\nInterpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, constructible designs\n\nIdentify design challenges and develop practical, efficient, and innovative solutions\n\nCollaborate with Project Managers on technical execution, planning, and problem-solving\n\nSupport construction administration through RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field reports\n\nCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners for seamless project delivery\n\nContribute to quality assurance through review of engineering documents and deliverables\n\nMentor and support junior staff (senior-level expectation;
