The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in logistics, manufacturing, or the pharmaceutical sector.\nRequirements\nKey ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Supply Chain:\nOversee the end-to-end import process for vehicles and medicines, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.\nManage relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.\nOptimize warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution logistics.\nVehicle Assembly & Sales Support:\nSupervise the Bajaj assembly unit to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.\nCoordinate with the sales team to ensure vehicle availability and smooth delivery to clients.\nEnsure maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the assembly line.\nPharmaceutical Operations:\nEnsure all medicine imports comply with the strict regulations of the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA).\nMaintain high standards of storage (cold chain, humidity control) for pharmaceutical products.\nCoordinate with health officials and regulatory bodies as necessary.\nGeneral Management:\nDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.\nLead, mentor, and evaluate operational staff across different departments.\nPrepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.\nManage operational budgets and identify cost-reduction opportunities.\n\nQualifications & SkillsEducation: BA/BSc degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management.
