You’re responsible for overseeing activities stemming from the sector’s strategic directions and for developing and implementing your team’s master plan. In-depth knowledge of the property and casualty insurance sector and a strategic mindset are essential. You have an in-depth understanding of performance drivers, financial projections, financial statements, the cost structure of DGIG and its competitors and actuarial matters, as well as knowledge of business lines, products and distribution. You draw on your ability to develop talent, drive results and build networks to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure member/client satisfaction.
