Financial Services Agent, Client Services

As a client financial services agent, you support advisors in service delivery and the maintenance of business relationships by offering simple and fast solutions for investments, financing, and protection, all aligned with established strategies. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Handle requests from members and clients by taking the necessary steps and conducting the required research.
• Help with agenda and email management.
• Support members and clients with the selection and optimal use of various tools and alternate channels to promote self-service and automation.
• Seize business opportunities, and participate in sales development through various initiatives.

What you bring to the table

• Attestation of Collegial Studies
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Mutual fund representative certificate - Autorité des marchés financiers
• Knowledge of French is required
