You support team members in resolving administrative and process-related issues across departments, empowering them to take ownership whilefacilitating cross-departmental alignment when needed.\nYou ensure allwaste administration, reporting and reception activities are carried out accurately, efficiently and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal procedures.\nYou implement changes in waste legislation by translating new requirements into practical processes, procedures and ways of working for your team.\nYou monitor the accuracy and timeliness of critical reports and registrations, including waste registers and other compliance-related documentation.\nYoudrive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, resolving operational challenges and implementing process optimization initiatives together with internal stakeholders.\nWho are you?\nYou are a structured and analytical people manager who enjoys improving processes and helping others succeed.\nYou hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or have built equivalent expertise through relevant experience.\nYou have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, logistics and/or compliance-oriented environment, including experience leading or coaching people.\nYou are analytical and precise, with a strong ability to understand and navigate complex administrative flows. You enjoy diving deep into processes, identifying inefficiencies, and structuring clear, workable solutions.\nYou communicate fluently in Dutch and English and are comfortable interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.\nYou have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
