Estarás trabajando en proyectos con importante impacto en el negocio, encontrando desafíos que te van a hacer crecer constantemente.\n¿Cuáles seran los principales desafíos del rol?\nDesarrollar y mantener soluciones que integren proveedores no estandarizados de vuelos y equipajes, asegurando performance y disponibilidad;\nDiseñar y evolucionar APIs robustas que soporten los flujos de búsqueda de vuelos con eficiencia y mantenibilidad;\nParticipar activamente en decisiones de arquitectura orientadas a la escalabilidad, pensando en soluciones que puedan crecer junto al negocio;\nSer owner de las funcionalidades que desarrolles, desde el diseño hasta el deploy y el monitoreo en producción, siendo referente del soporte a producción;\nIdentificar y resolver problemas, trabajando de forma colaborativa con equipos de producto, travel partners y otros stakeholders;\nContribuir a la mejora continua del código del equipo a través de code reviews y buenas prácticas de ingeniería;\nAdaptarse a un entorno dinámico donde los requerimientos evolucionan junto con las necesidades del negocio.\n¿Qué buscamos?\nAl menos 5 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones backend escalables con autonomía end-to-end (desde el análisis, puesta en producción y su mantenimiento);\nDominio de Java y Spring/Spring Boot;Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (MariaDB);\n\nCapacidad para diseñar soluciones simples, traceables y mantenibles;\nHistorial trabajando con aplicaciones de alto volumen de datos y concurrencia;\nOwnership, actitud colaborativa y aprendizaje continuo (con proactividad para identificar y promover mejoras);\nExperiencia trabajando con herramientas de AI.\nNice to have:\nExperiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como NewRelic y Kibana;\nConocimiento de Scala y Kotlin;\nConocimiento con bases de datos no relacionales (Cassandra, MongoDB,
