Gestionar revenue, share, disponibilidad, competitividad tarifaria, conversión y salud de las cuentas asignadas.\nCrecimiento B2C y B2B. Identificar oportunidades por canal y activar las palancas comerciales correspondientes.\nNegociación continua. Negociar tarifas, inventario, promociones, paquetes y media en las marcas/canales aplicables.\nCompetitividad. Detectar y accionar oportunidades de precio, disponibilidad, paridad/adversidad y distribución, incluyendo Partner Offer cuando corresponda.\nBusiness reviews y optimization calls. Mantener una cadencia de revisiones de performance que cierre siempre con acciones, owner y fecha.\nDiagnóstico data-driven. Leer dashboards, construir análisis en Excel/Sheets e identificar cuentas de mayor oportunidad.\nEducación del partner. Traducir producto, pricing, distribución y nuevas iniciativas en beneficios concretos para el hotel.\nPresencia en el mercado.
