activamente en revisiones de código, promoviendo la mejora continua en el equipo.\nEstar en constante búsqueda de nuevas herramientas y tecnologías que agreguen valor al negocio.\nMonitorear el estado de salud de las aplicaciones y pipelines, asegurando su disponibilidad y performance.\nTrabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de infraestructura, producto y seguridad para ofrecer soluciones integradas.\n¿Qué buscamos?\n+3 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones backend escalables.\nExperiencia comprobada trabajando con Java u otro lenguaje de programación POO.\nBuen entendimiento de estructuras de datos, algoritmos y optimización de recursos.\nExperiencia trabajando con aplicaciones de alto tráfico e impacto.\nFuerte orientación a la eficiencia, tanto en términos técnicos como de costos de infraestructura.\nUso consciente y eficiente de IA para análisis y desarrollo de
