para resolver problemas.\nIdentificar y corregir cuellos de botella, solucionar errores y mejorar el rendimiento de la aplicación.\nParticipar en revisiones de código y brindar feedback constructivo a los miembros del equipo.\nInterés por aprender nuevas tecnologías.\nMonitoreo y salubridad de las aplicaciones.\nDiseñar e implementar APIs RESTful, integrar servicios de terceros cuando sea necesario.\nDiseñar y optimizar modelos de datos en MongoDB y gestionar estrategias de caché con Redis para garantizar performance y escalabilidad.\nTener foco en escalabilidad, disponibilidad y mantenibilidad de la plataforma.\nProponer nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras sobre las existentes.\n¿Qué buscamos?\n+6 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones backend escalables, especificamente con Java.\nManejo de bases de datos no relacionales como Mongodb y Redis\nExperiencia en todo el flujo de desarrollo incluyendo salidas a producción, despliegue, pruebas y monitoreo post implementación.\nCapacidad para entender el impacto de cada funcionalidad, hacer seguimiento de métricas post-deploy y cuestionar propuestas con criterio basado en datos.\nEntusiasta y/o experiencia en herramientas de AI.\nNice to have:\nExperiencia trabajando con tecnologías del
